10 Big Stadiums to Be Built in Ahmedabad for India to Host 2036 Olympics: Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah recently announced that Ahmedabad will witness the construction of 10 major stadiums as part of India's preparations to bid for the 2036 Olympics. Speaking at an event, Shah emphasized the government's commitment to making India a global sporting hub and ensuring world-class infrastructure for the prestigious event.

Ahmedabad is already home to the Narendra Modi Stadium, the world's largest cricket stadium. The addition of these new venues will further boost the city's capacity to host international sporting events. The initiative aligns with India's long-term vision of strengthening its sporting ecosystem and positioning itself as a strong contender for the Olympics.

The plan includes multi-purpose stadiums catering to various sports, ensuring that India meets the high standards required to host the Games. With the government's backing and rapid infrastructure development, India is gearing up to make history as a first-time Olympic host.
