Bharti Airtel has successfully landed the 2Africa Pearls subsea cable in India, marking a significant milestone in global connectivity. This massive undersea cable system, the longest in the world, will enhance internet infrastructure by linking India with Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

The 2Africa Pearls cable, part of the broader 2Africa initiative led by a consortium including Airtel, aims to improve internet speed, capacity, and reliability across these regions. With a total length of over 45,000 kilometers, it will provide high-speed, low-latency connections to boost digital growth in multiple countries.
