Campa Cola to Invest Rs 1,000 Crore to Set Up Its First Manufacturing Unit in Begusarai, Bihar

 


In a significant move aimed at expanding its manufacturing footprint, Campa Cola has announced an investment of Rs 1,000 crore to establish its first production facility in Begusarai, Bihar. This strategic decision marks a major step in the brand's revival and expansion plans under the ownership of Reliance Consumer Products Ltd.

The upcoming manufacturing unit is expected to generate substantial employment opportunities and boost the local economy in the region. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced production technology, the facility will cater to the rising demand for beverages across India, especially in the eastern market.

The investment also reflects Reliance's broader commitment to strengthening its FMCG presence and reviving iconic Indian brands. Campa Cola, once a household name in the 1970s and 1980s, is being reintroduced to a new generation of consumers with modern branding and a renewed market strategy.

Construction of the Begusarai plant is set to begin later this year, with operations expected to commence by the end of 2026.
