Andhra Pradesh announces 60,000-capacity mega stadium in Amaravati

 

The Andhra Pradesh government has unveiled plans to build a state-of-the-art multi-purpose stadium with a seating capacity of 60,000 in Amaravati, aiming to boost sports infrastructure and promote large-scale events in the capital region. 

The mega facility will cater to cricket, football, athletics, and cultural events, positioning Amaravati as a hub for international-level tournaments and entertainment. Officials said the project will be developed with modern amenities, advanced training facilities, and world-class design standards, providing a major push to sports and tourism in the state.
