Apple signs Rs 1,010 crore lease deal in Bengaluru

 


Apple has secured a long-term presence in Bengaluru by leasing office floors for the next 10 years in a deal worth Rs 1,010 crore. The move signals the tech giant’s growing focus on India, not just as a major consumer market but also as a hub for operations and talent.

The leased space is expected to house thousands of employees and strengthen Apple’s local footprint at a time when it is expanding its manufacturing, retail, and research activities in the country. Bengaluru, known as India’s Silicon Valley, continues to attract global technology giants, and Apple’s investment underscores its confidence in India’s role in its global growth strategy.
