AP’s Rs 0.99/Acre Land Deal to Woo Global Tech Giants

n a bold push to become a global technology hub, Andhra Pradesh has unveiled a new incentive policy offering land to major tech companies at an unprecedented rate of just ₹0.99 per acre. The initiative aims to attract multinational corporations, boost foreign investment, and create large-scale employment in the state.

Alongside the ultra-low land lease, the policy includes tax breaks, infrastructure support, and fast-track clearances to facilitate the setup of advanced manufacturing units, R&D centers, and data hubs.
