Microsoft R&D has leased 2.65 lakh sqft at Phoenix Centaurus at Gachibowli, Hyderabad

 

Microsoft’s research and development arm has taken up a massive 2.65 lakh square feet of office space at Phoenix Centaurus in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The newly leased space is expected to further strengthen the tech giant’s presence in India’s IT hub, where it already operates several large campuses.

The Phoenix Centaurus project, located in the financial district of Gachibowli, is a Grade-A commercial development that has been attracting top multinational companies. With this expansion, Microsoft aims to boost its innovation and development capabilities, while also providing a state-of-the-art workplace for its growing workforce in the region.

This development underlines Hyderabad’s position as a major global technology hub, continuing to draw large-scale investments from leading companies across the world.
