Putin Likely to Visit India by Year-End: NSA Doval Confirms

 


President Vladimir Putin is expected to visit India before the end of 2025, as confirmed by India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval during his discussions in Moscow with Russian Security Council chief Sergei Shoigu. 

The announcement signals continued diplomatic momentum between the two strategic partners, who have maintained close ties across defense, energy, and trade sectors. The proposed visit is seen as part of ongoing efforts to reinforce bilateral cooperation and geopolitical coordination in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
