India to Host 2030 Commonwealth Games in Ahmedabad

India is set to host the 2030 Centenary Commonwealth Games, marking a historic milestone 100 years after the event’s inception. Ahmedabad has been recommended as the host city, recognized for its world-class infrastructure and successful record in organizing major sporting events.

If confirmed, this will be India’s first time hosting the Commonwealth Games since 2010, positioning the nation once again at the heart of global sports. The proposed venues, including the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Sports Complex, are expected to showcase India’s growing sports culture and organizational excellence.
