Karnataka to Build ₹2,350 Crore, 80,000-Seat International Cricket Stadium Near Bengaluru

 


Karnataka has unveiled plans for a world-class international cricket stadium with a massive capacity of 80,000 spectators, to be constructed at Indlavadi village on the outskirts of Bengaluru. The ambitious project, estimated at ₹2,350 crore, aims to elevate the state’s sports infrastructure and position Bengaluru as a premier global cricket destination. 

The upcoming facility will feature state-of-the-art amenities, including advanced training centers, spectator-friendly designs, and eco-sustainable architecture. Once completed, it is expected to host major international tournaments and further boost Karnataka’s sporting ecosystem and tourism potential.
