Collins Aerospace Opens $100 Million Manufacturing Facility in Bengaluru

 


Collins Aerospace, a unit of RTX Corporation, has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bengaluru, India, with an investment of $100 million. The advanced plant will focus on producing aerospace and defense components, reinforcing India’s position as a growing hub for high-tech manufacturing.

Located within the Aerospace Park near Kempegowda International Airport, the facility is designed to support both domestic and global customers by enhancing supply chain efficiency and production capacity. The investment also aligns with India’s Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives, boosting local employment and technological innovation.

With this expansion, Collins Aerospace aims to strengthen its long-term commitment to the Indian market and further integrate India into its global manufacturing network.
