M3M India Announces ₹7,200-Crore Investment for Gurgaon International City

 

M3M India has unveiled plans to invest ₹7,200 crore to develop Gurgaon International City (GIC), a sprawling 150-acre mixed-use project located along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road. Designed as a next-generation urban hub, GIC will feature luxury residential spaces, commercial districts, and world-class recreational facilities. The project aims to position Gurgaon as a global destination for premium living and business, benefiting from its strategic connectivity to Delhi, the upcoming international convention centres, and major transit corridors.
