Thane to Get Iconic 260-Meter Viewing Tower

 


Maharashtra has announced plans to construct a 260-meter-tall iconic viewing tower in Thane, backed by an investment of over ₹1,000 crore. Envisioned as a major tourism and urban landmark, the structure is expected to offer panoramic views of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The project aims to boost Thane’s global profile while creating new recreational, cultural, and commercial spaces for visitors. Authorities believe the tower will become a signature attraction, supporting local economic growth and enhancing the city’s skyline.
